3. Finally the document will be Attest / Legalize by the Finland Embassy in New Delhi, India
Note: (a) Original Document is required, which to be attest, along with photocopy of passport (first and last page) of document holder.
(b) Prior to Finland Embassy Attestation an Attestation from Notary Public also required.
Attestation of Indian Non-educational Certificate or Document
Process 01
1. Firstly the document will be attest State Level Home Department by your self / General Administration Department (GAD ) / Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM)
2. Secondly the document will be Attest by Ministry of External Affairs (MEA)
3. Finally the document will be Attest / Legalize by the Finland Embassy in New Delhi, India
Process 02

2. Secondly the document will be Attest by Ministry of External Affairs (MEA)
3. Finally the document will be Attest / Legalize by the Finland Embassy in New Delhi, India

(a) Original Document is required, which to be attested, along with photocopy of passport (first and last page) of document holder.

2. The document will be attested by Notary Public India
3. The document will be attested by Ministry of External Affairs (MEA)
4. Finally the document will be Attested by the Finland Embassy in New Delhi, India
